I Spent Today Thanking People.

So this morning I spent some time thinking about various acts of kindness that people have done me over the years.

And it made me realise how thoroughly dysfunctional I have been. This dysfunctionality isn’t constant. But when I hit troughs I really do hit them. And they last for quite some time.
